Compliance & Logistics
We handle all the bureaucracy: obtaining employment permits from the authorities, residence visas, preparing employment contracts according to domestic legislation, medical and accident insurance, OSH training, plus organizing the accommodation and transport of the workers. Every worker is officially employed by Mold Asian.
Deployment & Onboarding
Workers arrive at your company's location ready to work. We ensure that each person is fully briefed and prepared. We offer dedicated support throughout the collaboration, monitor performance, and intervene promptly if problems arise. If a worker doesn't fit in or breaks discipline, we replace them quickly at no extra cost.
Ongoing Management & Flexibility
You use the personnel for as long as you need: one month, six months, or a whole year. You have no long-term obligations—when the project ends, the collaboration ceases without complications.
